Is It Useful and Would You Miss It?

There are a lot of really great Newsletters that only publish 1x per week.

What makes them great?

They provide useful information.

But, again, they only show up once a week.

I’ve been writing this Newsletter since 2013–and I plan to keep writing it.

I’m wondering, though, if 3x per week is too much.

Is it too much for you to read? Would one be better than three?

My guess is, yes, one time per week would be better.

So here’s my plan.

I’m going to send out a Newsletter on Monday every week.

It will be about something I’m doing with my own trading, something I’m about to do, or something I need to be talked out of.

At the same time, I’m almost certainly going to do more YouTube videos. The overall content level (I hate the word “content”) will still be high and there will hopefully still be a lot of useful ideas for you floating around the internet.

It would just be less emails from me in your Inbox.

Is this a good idea? Would this be better for you?

I’d love it if you’d let me know.

We can always go back to 3x per week.

So please give me some feedback if you have a second. And see you next Monday!

Happy trading,

Scott

p.s. Here’s a quick update on the Gold Keltner Channels system we talked about in the May 17, 2024 Newsletter. Here are the details again:

150M Keltner Channel Gold Breakout

  • Long Entry: When price closes above the upper Keltner Channel (Length 80, ATR 2.0)
  • Short Entry: When price closes below the lower Keltner Channel (Length 80, ATR 1.5)
  • Target: $1500 per contract
  • Stop: $2200 per contract

Here’s what it’s done since May. All results to the right of the red line are what would’ve happened since that Newsletter came out. It’s done pretty well:

Talk to you soon!
